L'Ecancière Plant :
Total area of 5 000 m² with 16 00 m² built.
Montbonnot Plant :
Total area of 2 000 m² with 1 330 m² built
Design :
Design department is equipped with CAD software (CATIA V5 & SOLIDWORKS) to engineer and design technical parts. Calculation software are also used to pre-validate the mechanical properties of the products.
Injection workshop :
22 moulding machines ranging from 250 kN to 4200 kN. Automated handling of the injected parts. Fast and ease to fit mounting devices for moulds.
Parts conformity check :
Dimensional check and functional qualification of the parts first off. Customer acceptance procedure. Serial conformity checked on line by the operators.
Mould manufacturing :
Qualified partners for mould manufacturing. Dedicated Machining workshop for manufacturing optical parts cavities.
Packaging and assembling :
Design and manufacturing of automated packaging machines for optical parts.
