Our R&D process covers every essential phase : needs assessment, formulation development, testing (dipping, mechanical trials, etc.), and final validation. Each solution is created in close collaboration with our partners to ensure optimal performance and compliance with requirements.

Specialized Equipment for Silicone Research and Development
To support both internal innovation and customer-driven projects, our R&D laboratory is equipped with advanced testing and development tools tailored to silicone materials.
Our key equipment includes:
- Vacuum oven for controlled processing
- Universal testing machines (from 25 N to 250 N) for tensile strength evaluation
- Durometers (Shore OO and Shore A) for precise hardness measurements
- Density meter for material characterization
Depending on your project requirements, we can also integrate additional testing devices to develop customized test protocols. Our flexible setup ensures we meet a wide range of technical specifications in silicone formulation and performance validation.
